Innovator, pioneer, musical connoisseur, trend setter, snappy dresser and all round good egg, this man’s been at it for time and shows no signs of stopping now….
The man’s credentials speak for themselves :
Former member of internationally renowned project – A Forest Mighty Black, compiler of the still highly regarded Glucklich compilations on Compost (how many of us got switched on to so much through these), co compiler on “Talkin Jazz 3” with Gilles for Talkin Loud, has one of the most ridiculous record collections ever – as featured in the German edition of Playboy – utilised by many big hitters over the years as source material for their own productions – Jazzanova, Kruder, Christian Prommer, Roland Appel to name a few, been an intergral part of the mighty Truby Trio and been DJing since the early 90’s, playing all over the world whilst also maintaining his legendary Rootdown clubnight which has played host to the great and the good including Carl Craig, Theo Parrish, Gilles Peterson, Laurent Garnier, Dixon, Ame – you get the picture!!
DJ wise, for those of you that have checked him, you’ll know this man knows how to rock the bells…for those that haven’t :
